A major announcement has been made by ABC News that they have suspended a veteran Washington correspondent David Wright. Project Veritas has captured footage of Wright commenting on how he describes himself as a “socialist.” The video also shows how Wright criticized ABC on the way they deliver their news.
The veteran Washington correspondent David Wright was recorded along with another ABC News producer saying, “I feel terrible about it. I feel that the truth suffers, the voters are poorly informed, and people also have the opportunity to tune into whatever they want to hear. And so, it’s like there’s no upside, or our bosses don’t see an upside in doing the job we’re supposed to do, which is to speak truth to power and hold people accountable.”
The reporter elaborated on his political views as he continued to say, “I would consider myself a socialist like I think there should be national health insurance. I’m totally fine with reining in corporations, I think they’re too many billionaires, and I think there’s a wealth gap; that’s a problem.”
Project Veritas has the hidden video and explained how all of this was recorded in New Hampshire while the primary coverage was taking place. The 56-year-old reporter was also caught calling the president “a d—” and also stated when the president does do something, he doesn’t get the “credit for what things he does do.”
An ABC News representative responded to Fox News and told them Wright will be reassigned when his suspension is lifted and his time off is completed.
The representative stated, “Any action that damages our reputation for fairness and impartiality or gives the appearance of compromising it harms ABC News and the individuals involved. David Wright has been suspended, and to avoid any possible appearance of bias, he will be reassigned away from political coverage when he returns.”
Someone on the inside of ABC News who wished to remain anonymous told Fox News, “Wright and the producer didn’t know who they were talking to. Didn’t know they were being recorded. The person introduced himself as a documentary filmmaker and didn’t say he was recording. ”
It is strange how times coordinate with specific events. Right now, we have Bernie Sanders, who is a Socialist at heart, better known as a communist, is the front runner for the Democratic Party. It is almost a scary thought about how this could even be a topic. A socialist would destroy this nation.
In an interview with “60 Minutes,” Sanders explained how he admired the accomplishments of Fidel Castro, the former and late Cuban Communist leader. He also repeated his statement during the Democratic debate and was booed by the crowd. Now we have a veteran of the ABC News company complimenting socialism.
The founder of Project Veritas James O’Keefe put out a tease in one of his posts on Twitter with this caption, “Not long ago we exposed the #EpsteinCoverup within #ABC. Tomorrow, @Project_Veritas will expose ABCNews’ agenda to mislead voters and push their own narratives. You aren’t going to want to miss it.”
The reference in O’Keefe’s tweet is concerning another video which he published in November of last year. The video shows ABC News anchor Amy Robach explaining how the network executives killed a story that would have fully exposed Jeffery Epstein three years ago.
Robach told all, “I’ve had the story for three years… we would not put it on the air. It was unbelievable what we had, Clinton, we had everything.”
It is stories like these that prove the camera does not lie, but the “fake news” media outlets sure do! They also hold information back, as mentioned earlier. One by one, we will notice these reporters start to fall as the truth comes out. The truth always finds its way to the surface, and much will be revealed, and many will be shocked.
Project Veritas calls themselves a conservative whistleblower watchdog group. Multiple video footage has been released where hidden cameras catch everything. Statements have been made by politicians, news producers, and private political organizations which are not aware the camera is rolling.
David Wright happened to be the latest person to get caught on film. His bio has him joining ABC News in 2000. He has appeared on ABC shows such as, “Nightline,” World News Tonight,” “Good Morning America,” and others. Well, now they can add couch potato to the list because he will be home for a while.
