The war on drugs has taken nasty turns in the past as the drug cartels adapt their method of drug production and delivery methods to meet the continued efforts to destroy their operations. Many presidents have tried with little success to continue to battle and stop the constant flow of drugs to the United States. The Democrats love to turn a blind eye to the problem as they refuse to admit that there are border issues. But President Trump continues to prove there are serious issues that need to be addressed.

The border wall is just one of the many ways that President Trump is fighting the war on drugs. Simply improving existing wall segments is not enough to stop the flow. Building new segments in areas without barricades adds to the flow reduction as the drug runners can no longer count on easy access at these points. The wall has been a point of contention for the Democrat because they do not want to see it built. Which only shows that they do not care about stopping the flow of drugs to the country.

President Trump has also offered American assistance to Mexico to fight against their gang problem as well as the drug cartels. These two groups of insane people are the main problem for Mexico. The Mexican government is having a hard time putting an end to the problem. But with American help, the war can be won. Mexico just needs to commit to solving the problem for it to become a thing of the past.

The fight against drugs is happening on the international scene. President has taken to diplomacy to encourage the President of Colombia, Ivan Duque, to start spraying and killing off the plants used to develop cocaine. The coca plant is used in the making of cocaine. All Columbia has to do is spray the plant from the air and the drug lords will have a much harder time making the drug.

President Trump is a resourceful and wise man as he works at making the United States great. He believes that all people have the potential to be better than they were the day before. But he also knows that some of them need help. So, he is offering that help by stopping the very flow of the drug that has so many people dependent on its development. Cocaine robs people of their potential by keeping them trapped in drug addiction. So instead of funding their future, addicts end up funding the drug lords’ nasty lives.

The coca plant is killed off by spraying the herbicide glyphosate. President Trump has encouraged President Ivan Duque to resume spraying the poison. He has stated “You’re going to have to spray. If you don’t spray you’re not going to get rid of (the coca), so you have to spray concerning the drugs in Colombia.” But the World Health Organization has maintained that the herbicide can cause cancer and destroy the land.

The evil drug lords work well from Colombia as it is the main source of drugs in the United States. At the point, the coca plantations controlled an area of 422,000 acres. Not to forget that the reason the drug lords target Americans for their sales is that the country is the largest user of the drug. The nation is hooked on cocaine.

Duque stated that his country would resume efforts to kill off the plant. At one point the Colombians were able to destroy 100,000 acres of the plant. But that still is not enough to stop the flow of the drug and its development. The drug business has many supporters in the world of crime. Each has its piece of the pie much like stock investors.

President Trump wages war on the issue using multiple fronts. This is one reason why he is so successful in beating the Democrats. When there is opposition to an idea he simply goes about implementing it through other channels. President Trump is the best choice to wage the war on drugs and to make America great again.
